Eli Manning, Luke Kuechly, and Terrell Suggs Among 15 Finalists for 2025 Pro Football Hall of Fame

Eli Manning, Luke Kuechly, and Terrell Suggs are among the 15 modern-era finalists for the 2025 Pro Football Hall of Fame class. Manning, a two-time Super Bowl MVP, was the first overall pick in the 2004 draft and spent his entire career with the New York Giants. He led the Giants to upset victories over the undefeated New England Patriots in Super Bowls following the 2007 and 2011 seasons. Manning finished his career with 57,023 passing yards and 366 touchdowns. Kuechly, selected as the top defensive player in 2013, had a brief but impactful eight-year career with the Carolina Panthers. He led all linebackers in tackles (1,090), takeaways (26), interceptions (18), and passes defended (66). Suggs, named the top defensive player in 2011, had 139 sacks over his 17-year career, ranking eighth since sacks became an official stat in 1982. Antonio Gates, a prolific tight end, is also a finalist. He finished his 16-year career with 955 catches, 11,841 yards, and an NFL record for tight ends with 116 touchdown receptions. The selection committee will vote next month to pick the class of three to five modern-era players.
