Jameis Winston has signed a two-year, $8 million contract with the New York Giants. In 2024, Winston started for the Cleveland Browns after Deshaun Watson’s injury. He completed 61.1% of his passes, accumulating 2,121 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions. Winston also ran for one touchdown. His performance led to a 2-5 record in games he started. Notably, he threw a franchise-record 497 yards in a single game against the Denver Broncos. Over his 10-year career, Winston has played in 105 games, starting 87. His career stats include a 61.2% completion rate, 24,225 yards, 154 touchdowns, and 111 interceptions. The Giants, holding the No. 3 pick in the upcoming draft, aim to add a young quarterback to their roster, which currently includes only Winston and Tommy DeVito.
