He won 27-13 in points lasting at least nine strokes, had 32 winners to Zverev’s 25, and made fewer unforced errors, 27 to 45. Sinner also won 10 of 13 points at the net, compared to Zverev’s 14 of 27. This victory marks Sinner’s second consecutive Australian Open title, making him the youngest man to achieve this feat since Jim Courier in 1992-93. Since the start of 2024, Sinner has won three of the five major tournaments, with a record of 80-6 and nine tournament titles. His current unbeaten run covers 21 matches.
