Concerns include X’s handling of illegal content, particularly in the context of Hamas’ attacks against Israel, and the effectiveness of its Community Notes in mitigating risks to civic discourse and electoral processes. The probe also examines X’s potential failure to detect and remove illegal content as required by the DSA.
