Reimagine Care and MedStar Health have partnered to integrate an on-demand oncology care platform into MedStar’s cancer care delivery model. This collaboration extends cancer care services beyond the clinic, offering symptom management, remote patient monitoring, and supportive care. Through this partnership, 90% of cancer patients now have 24/7 access to a team of oncology specialists. Patients can connect with care team members via SMS text, video, and phone to receive educational content, address symptom concerns, or receive at-home care. In 2023, Reimagine Care secured $25 million in a Series A funding round. Additionally, MedStar Health’s 2024 partnership with DispatchHealth focuses on providing acute care services to recently discharged patients, aiming to reduce readmissions and visits.
