Lamar Health’s platform, designed for specialty medication workflows, connects to major EHR systems and learns to enhance authorization processes. This collaboration aims to reduce the time to treatment for patients with chronic conditions by automating complex administrative tasks. The goal is to decrease the authorization timeline, lower labor costs associated with intake and prior authorization, and allow staff to focus more on patient interactions. In 2024, Uptiv Health also partnered with Lyn Health to offer Uptiv360, merging infusion therapy with chronic care management. Uptiv Health, launched in 2023 with $7.5 million in seed funding, opened its flagship infusion center in Westland, Michigan, and another in Troy, Michigan, serving patients with various chronic conditions.
