Fairfield, with a 28-4 record, secured a spot in their second consecutive NCAA tournament. Green Bay, at 28-5, rides a 22-game winning streak into the tournament. South Florida, with a 23-10 record, won the AAC tournament. Grand Canyon, at 32-2, brings the nation’s longest win streak to the tournament. Liberty, with a 26-6 record, made their first NCAA tournament since 2018. Montana State, at 30-3, secured their second trip to the NCAA tournament in four years. Norfolk State, with a 30-4 record, achieved their first 30-win season in their Division I era. Florida Gulf Coast, at 30-3, won the ASUN tournament title for the eighth consecutive time. Oregon State, with a 22-9 record, won the West Coast Conference championship in their first season in the conference. San Diego State, at 22-9, won the Mountain West championship for the first time since 2012. Stephen F. Austin, with a 28-5 record, returned to the NCAA tournament for the third time in five years. Arkansas State, at 21-10, made their first NCAA tournament appearance in program history. Fairleigh Dickinson, with a 29-3 record, will make their first NCAA tournament appearance. Lehigh, at 27-6, secured their fifth overall appearance in the NCAA tournament. Vermont, with a 21-12 record, allowed the third-lowest points per game in the country. UC San Diego, at 20-15, won their first Big West tournament title. High Point, with a 21-11 record, returned to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2021. UNC Greensboro, at 24-8, made their first NCAA tournament berth since 1998. Southern, with a 20-14 record, returned to the NCAA tournament after recent appearances in 2019 and 2023. Tennessee Tech, at 26-5, made their 12th NCAA tournament appearance. William & Mary, with an 11-18 record, clinched their first NCAA tournament appearance with a remarkable CAA tournament run.
