Additionally, the issue of “classification by compilation” has emerged, where AI can connect unclassified data to reveal sensitive information. A report from Georgetown’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology noted a surge in military AI adoption for decision-making, highlighting the potential for AI to improve operational decisions in warfare.
