The study found that women were more likely to use these services than men, with 24% of female respondents reporting usage compared to 17% of males.
The research also revealed that individuals aged 18-29 were most likely to utilize online mental health resources, with 27% of this age group reporting usage. Furthermore, the study found that people who had experienced depression or anxiety in the past year were more likely to use these services than those who had not.
These findings underscore the importance of accessible and effective online mental health resources for individuals seeking support.
