Brooks Koepka’s $100 Million Contract: The Stats Behind His LIV Golf Commitment

Brooks Koepka, a five-time major champion, is currently under a contract with LIV Golf reportedly worth over $100 million. This contract extends through the 2026 season. Koepka joined LIV Golf in June 2022 after leaving the PGA Tour. In LIV Golf’s individual standings, he ranks 22nd out of 55 players. His best performance was a tie for seventh place in Adelaide, Australia, on February 16. Despite these achievements, Koepka’s world ranking has dropped to 181st, as LIV Golf events do not award world-ranking points. Koepka remains focused on improving his performance in majors and leading his team, Smash GC, to victory. Meanwhile, negotiations between the PGA Tour and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund continue, with team golf integration being a significant challenge in potential reunification efforts.

17 mil for one year! I wouldn’t have given him $17!

No it wasn’t. Time to be honest. His guaranteed money in the 2020 contract was 50 million was guaranteed. This contract is 123 million guaranteed. He went from 19mil to 40mil more than just a couple million. He had no trade clause now he does. This was always about being paid

Yet he’s given out the following contracts in just the last 3 years: 5 years $260M 5 years $100M 5 years $70M 4 years $98M 3 years $60M

Pretty sure I saw 13.5 million guaranteed, and up to 17 million with incentives

He has 18m in current year. He signed 4/$132M which is $33m plus the $18m this year for 5 year total $150. Check Tom P TL. He has it.

He signed for 18 Million a year now so it’s cool but losing him at 10 a year just couldn’t be explained especially as we continue pouring money into senior citizens
