It then predicts and verifies their email addresses. Utilizing Mistral via Ollama, the system crafts personalized messages for each candidate. It also selects the most suitable resume from multiple versions available. The entire process is automated, including the sending of applications. A dashboard has been implemented to monitor the system’s performance. Remarkably, this approach has achieved a 17% response rate, significantly outperforming the typical experience of applying for jobs.
