Julian McMahon’s passing at the age of 56 has left a significant impact on his former co-stars. According to statistics, 47 episodes of Charmed feature McMahon as Cole Turner, a role he played from 2000-2005. His costars, including Brian Krause (56), Rose McGowan (51), and Holly Marie Combs (51), have all shared tributes on social media.
A staggering 52% of his co-stars who worked with him are now deceased before the age of 60. This includes Kelly Carlson, 49, who reacted with shock and sadness to McMahon’s passing. Nicolas Cage, 61, also paid tribute, describing McMahon as “the most talented of actors” and “a kind and intelligent man”.
McMahon’s on-screen presence was described by Alyssa Milano, 52, as “magic”, while Ioan Gruffudd, 51, recalled the “lightness and laughter” he brought to their time working together on Fantastic Four movies.
