50% Spike in Data Leaving NLRB After DOGE Engineers’ Visit – What Were They Up To?

During a week-long visit by DOGE engineers to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), technical staff noticed a 50% increase in data exiting the agency. This spike raised concerns among the staff, especially since the data potentially included sensitive information on unions, ongoing legal cases, and corporate secrets. Four labor law experts agree that such data should rarely leave the NLRB. Within minutes of DOGE accessing the NLRB’s systems, login attempts from a Russian IP address using a newly created DOGE account occurred. These attempts, though blocked, were alarming as they used the correct username and password. Cybersecurity experts suggest that while a few failed login attempts from Russia alone aren’t conclusive, the overall activity indicates possible foreign attempts to exploit vulnerabilities left by DOGE engineers. Additionally, accounts and records were deleted, and a threatening note was found on a whistleblower’s door, highlighting the troubling nature of DOGE’s activities at the NLRB.

DOGE staffers show up at NLRB, lots of confidential info (allegedly) starts migrating out, DOGE staffers (allegedly) try to cover their tracks, and hackers from Russia (allegedly) make multiple attempts to penetrate the system. Crickets from the BUT HER EMAILS crowd of course.

While DOGE broke.into NLRB, they hid what they were doing yet turned off alerting and monitoring systems leaving back door open for the Russians to hack info. Sounds like we have traitors in the white house. Wow @maddow

Phillip Anderson There’s just so much shady shit in this story, but this really sticks out. Folks in NLRB’s IT unit were so freaked out by what they saw DOGE doing that they wanted to notify the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Then this happened:
