50% of Coyote Pass Land Now Shared: A Statistical Breakdown of the Brown Family’s Property Dispute Resolution

In a significant development, 50% of the Coyote Pass land, purchased by Kody Brown for $820,000 in 2018, has been redistributed. Two of the five parcels were transferred on March 26 to include Janelle and Meri Brown, alongside Kody and Robyn Brown. The two parcels now list Kody and Robyn with a 50% interest, while Janelle and Meri each hold a 25% interest. A third parcel was transferred from Kody and Janelle to Janelle and Meri for $10, with each receiving a 50% interest. The remaining parcel continues to be owned solely by Kody and Robyn. Previously, on July 28, 2022, Christine Brown transferred her parcel to Kody and Robyn for $10. No construction has occurred on the property, and plans are now in place to sell it, with Kody intending to divide the proceeds four ways among himself, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri.
