In the latest episode of Sister Wives, Meri Brown, 53, revealed that the family funds were not distributed equally among her children. Despite contributing equally to the family’s Coyote Pass property in Flagstaff, Arizona, Meri’s child, Leon, did not benefit from the family fund in the same way as the other children. Meri paid for Leon’s college and car payments independently, while the family fund covered the majority of the other kids’ expenses. Kody Brown, Meri’s ex-husband, argued that Meri was not entitled to an equal portion of the property because she only has one child. Meri, who was legally married to Kody from 1990 to 2014, and remained in a spiritual union until their separation in January 2023, believes she deserves a fair share of the property investment. Meanwhile, Kody, who has 18 children in total, dismissed the issue as “water under the bridge.”
