TEKKEN 8 will feature in the Esports World Cup 2025. The tournament will see participation from 40 clubs under the Club Partner Program. Last year’s TEKKEN 8 event at the Esports World Cup included 32 top players competing individually. South Korea’s Lim Ulsan Soo-hoon won the 2024 tournament, earning a $300,000 prize and an additional $50,000 for being named MVP while playing as Dragunov. The 2025 event will not include team-based competitions. The Esports World Cup 2025 will host 25 different games, with only one more game left to be announced. Teams like Twisted Minds, Ninjas In Pyjamas, and DRX Esports have confirmed their participation in the upcoming event.
