The PUBG Nations Cup 2025 will feature an expanded lineup of 24 teams, up from the 16 teams that competed in the previous year’s event. The tournament will take place in late July at the Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Seoul, South Korea. Last year, the South Korean team won the competition, taking home the largest portion of the $548,932 prize pool, which included $300,000 and additional crowdfunding from 30% of PNC 2024 Skin sales. The 2024 event attracted a peak viewership of 510,997, ranking it as the third-most-popular PUBG esports event at the time. South Korea will defend its title in 2025, joined by 15 teams from the previous cup, as well as returning teams from Denmark and India. Newcomers France, Poland, Spain, Philippines, Sweden, and Malaysia will also participate. The event may extend beyond its traditional three-day format, with further details to be announced soon.
