Nikola Jokic has become only the third player in NBA history to average a triple-double for an entire season. His 700th assist of the season, achieved during a 117-109 win against the Memphis Grizzlies, secured this milestone. Jokic finished the game with 26 points, 16 rebounds, and 13 assists, marking his 34th triple-double of the 2024-25 season. This number ties for the fourth highest in a single season in NBA history. The other players to achieve this feat are Russell Westbrook, who did it four times, and Oscar Robertson, who accomplished it once. Jokic’s performance this season also includes a career-high in scoring and likely the second-best rebound average of his career. He is set to break personal records in 3-pointers made and 3-point percentage. With 164 career regular-season triple-doubles, Jokic ranks second behind Westbrook’s 203.

You are just ignoring the REAL PROBLEM!The problem is not Coach Malone, the REAL PROBLEM is Booth. This generation’s Best Player & MVP Nikola Jokic has never played with a single All-Star, the management has been dishing out bogus contracts and not making moves.

And he’s still never been a top-25 player! Everyone at Jokic’s level in history has played with better teammates. It’s not that the teams around him have been horrible or anything, but it’s unprecedented for a certified NBA legend to never play with another real star
