The Minnesota Vikings have signed 24-year-old wide receiver and returner Rondale Moore. Moore is expected to vie for the No. 3 receiver position, previously held by Jalen Nailor. The team’s current top receivers are Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison. The No. 4 receiver, Brandon Powell, remains unsigned as a free agent. Moore’s addition to the team is significant as Jordan Addison might face NFL discipline due to a misdemeanor drunken driving citation from last summer. Powell also served as the Vikings’ punt returner. Moore has limited punt return experience, averaging 8.1 yards per return over 21 punts with the Arizona Cardinals. He missed the entire 2024 season with the Atlanta Falcons due to a knee injury sustained in a joint practice with the Miami Dolphins. The Falcons had traded for Moore from the Cardinals in exchange for quarterback Desmond Ridder. Drafted in the second round by the Cardinals in 2021, Moore played three seasons with them, recording 135 receptions for 1,201 yards and four touchdowns, three of which were receiving. He has played in 39 games, starting 23.

Former 2nd-round pick and only 24. He’s dynamic and explosive with the ball and has great YAC when healthy.
Injuries have been an issue, he perfectly fits Kwesi’s strategy—low risk, high reward. This has real potential
