Steelers’ George Pickens Returns After 3-Game Absence

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens is set to return after missing three games due to a hamstring injury. He is expected to play against the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day. Pickens, along with safety DeShon Elliott, cornerback Donte Jackson, and defensive lineman Larry Ogunjobi, are all without game designations on the Steelers’ final injury report. However, cornerback Joey Porter Jr. and wide receiver Ben Skowronek will miss the game due to knee and hip injuries, respectively. Backup quarterback Justin Fields is questionable with an abdominal injury. The Steelers have struggled without Pickens, losing their last two games. The team is currently tied with the Baltimore Ravens at the top of the AFC North standings, both with a 10-5 record. The Chiefs, with a 14-1 record, can clinch the AFC’s No. 1 seed with a win or tie against the Steelers.
