Statistics show that environmental and lifestyle factors influence 90% of what causes cancer. Ananda Lewis, diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in January 2019, opted against a double mastectomy. Her tumor was growing at a moderate rate. By December 2020, after treatment at an integrative health facility, her cancer reduced from stage 3 to stage 2, with the tumor significantly smaller and out of her lymph nodes. In January 2023, after regaining health insurance, a scan showed slight tumor growth but no spread. However, by October, the cancer had progressed to stage 4. After 12 weeks of therapy by January 2024, her condition greatly improved. As of January 2025, Ananda was on standard-of-care medications and continuing an integrative approach, including traditional Chinese medicine.
