The event includes Premier tournaments for both games, starting with Pools on Friday and culminating in Top 8 matches on Sunday. Pools will operate on a double elimination format with best-of-three matches. The Grand Finals could extend to best-of-five matches, or even two best-of-five matches if a finalist comes from the Losers side. Stage selection involves the winner banning a stage and the loser picking the next one. Notable Melee competitors include Hungrybox, fresh off a win at Genesis X2, alongside Mang0, aMSa, Zain, Jmook, Cody Schwab, moky, Leffen, and Wizzrobe. Ultimate’s lineup features Hurt, Miya, acola, Light, Sonix, Gluttony, Zomba, KEN, MkLeo, Sparg0, Shuton, and Riddles. Edgar Sparg0 Valdez, ranked number one in 2024, is a key player to watch.
