6-of-6: UNC Guard Shatters Record in Dominant NCAA Win!

North Carolina’s RJ Davis made history by going 6-for-6 on 3-pointers in an NCAA tournament game. The Tar Heels crushed San Diego State 95-68, advancing in the South Region. UNC hit 14 three-pointers, their highest total in a tournament game since 1986-87. Elliot Cadeau tied a record with 12 assists. Despite a 1-12 record against Quadrant 1 opponents, UNC improved to 9-0 in Quadrant 2 games with this victory. The team led by as many as 40 points against a strong San Diego State squad. UNC will face No. 6 seed Ole Miss next.
