Text legibility is enhanced by keeping it on one line and using open space to reduce crowding. A black subway bullet with a white character provides maximum contrast for easier reading. This diagrammatic approach is ideal for navigating underground, focusing on station-to-station travel.

Apr 10 New NYC subway map is a huge improvement over the past one IMOSome folks are complaining about the geography being off, but I don’t think that’s what matters most to subway riders. I just want to know how to route between stations, and this new version is way better for that.

when you provide info the new version of the map isn’t much helpful . The new map doesn’t have a clean perspective of the location/area . Clear example new Vs old , worst VS better.
