I am a neurosurgical nurse practioner of 40 years, retired. From my experience there was an 80 % success rate. Can take a few days to maybe a couple weeks to feel effects. Lasts 6mo to 2 yrs if successful. I did not think they were done much anymore. Ask how many cases they do
