Houston guard Milos Uzan, ranked No. 42 in ESPN’s NBA draft rankings, has declared for the 2025 NBA draft. This season, Uzan averaged 11.4 points and 4.2 assists per game, shooting an impressive 43% from three-point range. His performance earned him a spot on the All-Big 12 second team. Uzan played a key role in leading Houston to a 35-5 record, securing both the Big 12 regular-season and tournament championships. The team achieved a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament but fell short in the national championship game against Florida. Uzan’s standout postseason included a career-high 25 points against Arizona in the Big 12 tournament title game and 22 points with six assists against Purdue in the Sweet 16. At 22 years old and standing at 6-foot-4, Uzan has until May 28 to withdraw his name from the draft and return to Houston for his final year of eligibility.

Milos Uzan’s size (6’4), fluidity, improved 3-point shooting (43% 3P%) and touch finishing inside the arc are attractive traits from an NBA standpoint. He rarely turns the ball over and made notable gains on the defensive end under Houston coach Kelvin Sampson.
