Moreover, Biden’s statement seems to ignore the political landscape where Harris’s campaign effectively mobilized young voters, with 60% of those under 30 supporting her. Biden’s confidence in his own abilities might be seen as an underestimation of the strategic and demographic factors that contributed to Harris’s victory.
