90% Drop in Honking Summonses Since Congestion Pricing: Shocking Stats Revealed!

Since the implementation of congestion pricing in Manhattan, statistics show a significant decrease in honking complaints. Data from the 311 service indicates a quieter city environment. From January 5 to March 4, the Department of Environmental Protection’s noise cameras south of 60th Street did not issue any summonses for horn honking. This is a stark contrast to the same period last year when these cameras issued 27 summonses for excessive horn blowing. These numbers highlight the effectiveness of congestion pricing in reducing noise pollution in the city.

Exposing the real motive behind congestion pricing—it’s not about reducing traffic, it’s about revenue. @SecDuffy Hochul set an arbitrary $9 fee with no transparency. @GovKathyHochul The real question—was this ever about congestion, or just another cash grab disguised as policy?
