There’s also a 2% chance that both embryos could split, resulting in four babies. Mackenzie believes the risk is worth it, as she would rather be pregnant with twins than not pregnant at all. The process of embryonic transfer can be taxing on the body, mind, and relationships. Speculation on social media suggests Mackenzie might be pregnant, but the number of fetuses remains unknown.
