In 2025, Brawlhalla esports will host all its events on the Challengermode platform. The first competitions are scheduled for April 12th and 13th, followed by the Spring Championship featuring one-versus-one and two-versus-two tournaments. Challengermode, which previously hosted the Madden NFL 25 Championship from August 2024 to February 2025, raised $2 million in funding in October 2024 to expand beyond esports. Brawlhalla’s 2025 roadmap includes community and seasonal events, making up two-thirds of the year’s schedule. The tenth year of the game will also feature Royale tournaments in April, August, and October, along with ten-player invitational events. The Brawlhalla World Championship in 2025 promises to be bigger than ever. Last year’s championship had a $200,000 prize pool and attracted over 100 players, but recorded a peak viewership of only 32,061.
