These gatherings, which were organized as a response to the cancellation of official town halls by Republican representatives, drew significant attention. Out of the 200 participants surveyed, 146 reported a sense of neglect from their political leaders. Additionally, 62% of those present indicated a desire for more direct communication channels with their representatives. The meetings highlighted a broad frustration among constituents, with many voicing concerns over various policy issues. These statistics underscore a growing disconnect between GOP district residents and their elected officials, pointing to a critical need for improved engagement and representation.
