13,000: Bitcoin’s Consolidation Phase Sees Long-Term Holders Pile Up

Bitcoin’s recent consolidation phase has seen a significant increase in the number of long-term holders accumulating BTC. According to data, since June 22, the supply held by long-term holders (LTHs) has grown by an impressive 13,000 BTC, reaching an all-time high of 14,713,345 BTC. Meanwhile, short-term holders (STHs) have also been accumulating, with their supply increasing by over 60,000 BTC to a total of over 2.3 million BTC.

This surge in accumulation is notable because both LTHs and STHs are expecting higher prices for the cryptocurrency, which increases the risk that the all-time highs could be surpassed.
